LARRY HUNTER: (Superintendent) 1982 to present: 36-years’ experience in carpentry, concrete construction, and tenant finish, residential and commercial construction. Kennesaw College – Business Administration. Current responsibilities include on-site job supervision, equipment operations, and maintenance.
LESLIE HUNTER: (Superintendent) 1980 to present: 38-years’ experience in carpentry, concrete construction, general layout, field engineering. Kennesaw College - Business Administration, and Southern Tech - Civil Engineering Technology. Current responsibilities include on-site job supervision, equipment operations, and maintenance.
LUKE T. HUNTER: (Vice President) 2008 to Present: 12 Years of Construction experience primarily on Healthcare, Multi-Family and Commercial Retail projects. Luke acquired his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management at Southern Polytechnic State University and holds certifications for ASHE-Healthcare Construction, OSHA 30 Hour and NEPDS Level 1A (Blue Card). Luke manages the day-to-day operations of the project from its inception through occupancy and closeout. His responsibilities include the tracking cost and quality control. As well as executing subcontract negotiations, change order management and establishing and maintaining the project schedule. Luke will also be primarily responsible for ensuring that the project conforms to the standards of the local building codes and the projects desired level of LEED certification.
KLINT HUNTER: (Assistant Superintendent) 2004 to present: 20-years’ experience in layout, concrete forming, carpentry and assistant supervision. Chattahoochee Technical College – Associate in Business Management. Current Erosion Control Blue Card. OSHA 10-Hour for Construction Card. Current responsibilities include on-site job supervision, equipment operations, and maintenance.
JENNIFER HITE: (Comptroller) 2014 to Present: 18-years’ experience in Accounting and Financial/Business Management. Current responsibilities include all aspects of Accounting, Taxes, Financial Statements, General Ledger, Job Cost, Business Management, Project Owner Contract Management, Subcontractor Contract Management, Insurance Administration and Assistant to the Founder and President.
