JLH offers the customer/developer/tenant versatile build-out options and our services can be a great asset to bring a deal together within budget and on time.  We give pricing up front to the landlords and tenants.  Their requirements are completed as design in their lease agreement.  We offer formulation drawings, submit for interior finish permit and the complete build-out. Our project superintendents oversee the layout, slab rough, interior wall roughs, wall cover-up and assure quality drywall finish ready for paint.  We oversee all types of ceiling construction from hard drywall, radius headers and acoustical layout tiles.  Final finishes include painting, wall coverings, flooring and the installation of the MEP Fixtures.
