We handle the project from start to finish for the customer.  JLH will contract and manage the design team (Civil, Architect, Structural, MEP Engineers).  We work together through preliminary design cost, budgeting and final design.  JLH will submit and acquire project permitting ready for construction. We build out the project from Site development, building construction and interior finish completion while maintaining the owner’s budget and schedule.  Once complete, we obtain the Certificate of Occupancy for the customer.
